Talim Academy – Terms & Conditions

International Online Quran Academy

Welcome to Talim Academy. By enrolling in any of our courses, you (the student or parent/guardian) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any course at Talim Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Academy policies, rules, and regulations.

2. Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the required course fee.

• Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.

3. Tuition Fees

• Course fees must be paid on time.

• Failure to pay within the due date may result in suspension of classes.

• All fees are charged according to the Academy's current fee structure.

4. Official Payment Policy

For the safety and security of all students and parents:

• Payments must be made ONLY to Talim Academy's Official Bank Account or Official Payment Number: 01701011464.

• Never send payment to any teacher, staff member, or any other personal bank account or mobile banking number.

• Talim Academy never asks students or parents to send money to a personal account.

• If anyone requests payment to another account or number, DO NOT PAY.

• Immediately report the matter to the Talim Academy Admin & Support Team.

• Talim Academy will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts.

5. Refund Policy

• After a course has started, course fees are generally non-refundable.

• Any exceptional refund request will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Talim Academy.

6. Attendance Policy

• Students must attend classes on time.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late does not extend the class duration.

• Regular attendance is essential for academic progress.

7. Missed Classes

• If a student is absent, the class will be considered missed.

• Makeup classes are provided only according to Academy policy.

• If the teacher is unavailable, Talim Academy will arrange a replacement class.

8. Class Schedule Change

• Students or parents must contact the Admin & Support Team for any class schedule changes.

• Teachers are NOT authorized to change class schedules independently.

• Schedule changes become effective only after Academy approval.

9. Communication Policy

For quality assurance and student safety:

• Students or parents must NOT request or use teachers' personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, or any personal contact.

• Teachers are not permitted to share their personal contact information.

• All official communication must go through Talim Academy Admin & Support Team.

10. Admission Policy

• If any friend, family member, or relative wishes to enroll, they must contact the Talim Academy Admission Team directly.

• Teachers are not authorized to process admissions or collect course fees.

11. Teacher–Student Professional Boundaries

Teachers are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing private classes outside Talim Academy.

• Accepting payments personally.

• Inviting students to join external classes.

• Conducting personal business with students or parents.

Students and parents should immediately report any such incident.

12. Reporting Policy

Students and parents should immediately contact the Admin & Support Team regarding:

• Payment issues

• Schedule changes

• Teacher complaints

• Technical problems

• Admission inquiries

• Teacher change requests

• Safety concerns

• Any violation of Academy policy

13. Online Learning Requirements

Students are responsible for:

• Stable internet connection

• Computer, tablet, or smartphone

• Working microphone and camera (if required)

• Joining classes on time

Technical issues on the student's side are the student's responsibility.

14. Recording Policy

Live classes may be recorded for:

• Quality assurance

• Teacher training

• Academic review

• Student learning support

Recordings remain the property of Talim Academy.

15. Privacy Policy

Student information will remain confidential.
Personal data will never be shared with third parties unless legally required.

16. Child Protection Policy

The safety of children is our highest priority.
All teachers must follow Talim Academy's Child Protection Policy.
Parents may observe children's classes when appropriate.

17. Student Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Respect teachers and classmates.

• Use appropriate language.

• Maintain Islamic manners and etiquette.

• Follow Academy rules during classes.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment

• Offensive language

• Bullying

• Disruptive behavior

• Religious or cultural discrimination

18. Academic Integrity

Students must complete assessments honestly.
Cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation is prohibited.

19. Intellectual Property

All Talim Academy materials including:

• Videos

• PDFs

• Books

• Worksheets

• Slides

• Logos

• Course Materials

• Website Content

are protected by copyright.

Students may NOT:

• Copy

• Download without permission

• Screen record

• Upload online

• Sell

• Redistribute

• Share login credentials

Unauthorized use may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

20. Account Security

Students are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
Sharing accounts with others is strictly prohibited.

21. Certificate Policy

Certificates are issued only when:

• Attendance requirements are met.

• Assessments are successfully completed.

• All outstanding fees have been paid.

22. Time Zone Policy

International students will receive classes according to their assigned time zone.
Schedules may change due to Daylight Saving Time (DST).

23. Force Majeure

Talim Academy shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, internet outages, or government restrictions.

24. Suspension & Termination

Talim Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student's enrollment without refund for:

• Policy violations

• Non-payment

• Misconduct

• Copyright infringement

• Sharing accounts

• Harassment

• Fraudulent activities

25. Policy Updates

Talim Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the country where Talim Academy is legally registered and operates.

Student & Parent Declaration

By enrolling at Talim Academy, I confirm that:

✅ I agree to follow all Terms & Conditions.

✅ I will make payments only to Talim Academy's Official Bank Account or Official Payment Number (01701011464).

✅ I will never send money to any teacher or personal account.

✅ I will immediately report any suspicious payment request or policy violation to the Talim Academy Admin & Support Team.

✅ I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in suspension or permanent termination of my enrollment.
